Terms and conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms cover use of ScaleFlow Tracker, provided by ScaleFlow Software to its staff and client teams.
Access
An admin invites each account. You are responsible for the password you set and for anything done while your session is signed in. Do not share the account. Use “log out of all devices” if you think someone else has it.
Acceptable use
Use the workspace for client work with ScaleFlow Software. Do not upload malware, break into another company’s requests, or attempt to bypass permissions. Clients and team members can see and comment on their own company’s work only.
Your content
Issues, comments, and files you submit stay available to the people the permission rules allow. ScaleFlow Software may keep that history after an account is deactivated so the project record is intact. Attachments are limited to 5 MB and to images, PDF, text, CSV, and zip files.
The service
The tracker is provided for the delivery work we do together. ScaleFlow Software may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Questions about the workspace go to your ScaleFlow admin.
